How we can help
Keys break in a few ways: the blade snaps, the fob case cracks and the buttons fall out, or the key breaks off inside the door lock or the ignition.
If part of the key is stuck in a lock, we take it out and make a replacement. If the blade and chip are fine but the case is broken, the key can often be moved into a new case and carry on working.

My key fob case has cracked. Do I need a whole new key?
Not always. If the chip and circuit board inside are fine, they can usually go into a new case and the key works as before.

The registration, where the car is and what has happened. Before we open or make a key for any car, we ask to see ID that shows you are the registered keeper.
